Green Bean Salad and Mini Broccoli Salad
to be made in the Microwave
Ingredients
600 grams whole frozen fine beans
600 grams of broccoli or broccoli
For the sauce:
One-third of olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon honey or date honey
Roasted Nut mixture:
White almonds
Sesame
pumpkin seeds
A handful of cranberries.
Preparation:
Transfer 600 grams of frozen whole beans to Mikroshef. Add water to the marked line and a little salt. Close the sieve.
Heat in the microwave for 10 minutes. Carefully remove and check readiness.

For the salad:
